Greer, AZ

For Spring Break we went out to Greer and spent Friday and Saturday there with Brian and Melissa, and their family. It was so pretty, and we did have a lot of fun! This was my first time going fly fishing, and even though the ponds were stocked I still didn't catch anything. Kenyon did, but the fish took of with his lure. Sophie gave up on the fishing poles and just tried to use the net.

Thanks Dawn for the advice to go to Molly Butlers, it was YUMMY! We were stuffed when we left.

I know this is super late, but oh well. So we went to Vegas for Valentines Day and had so much fun! Kenyon surprised me with roses. We were at my sister's house the day before Valentines Day and she brought home roses which Kenyon had asked her to pick up so he could give them to me. What a great husband!

The next afternoon we went to the Carnival Buffett at the Rio. I feel sick just thinking about that place. It was really good, but way too much food. I was trying to save room for the buffet by not eating...I think it made things worse! After recuperating we went to the Phantom Spectacular! It was awesome! There were fireworks in the theater and the Phantom disappeared via a ball of fire from the stage...SO COOL!

LANDSCAPING is 1/2 Complete

I know it's November, but we just had 1/2 of our landscaping installed, and we LOVE it! It's so nice to see a backyard with some grass. There is so much potential, and I can't wait for Spring to come so we can finish planting the rest of our plants.

My first REO listing

I just got my first bank owned listing! I'm really not a listing agent, I prefer representing buyers ...however, beggar can't be choosers so I accepted the listing. And then I got out to the property and saw what I had decided to list. After it's cleaned up and the trash is gone, I'm sure it will be better. For now, here it is:
