1st PLACE

Kenyon and his softball team, Warning Track, played two games last night in their final night of Softball for the City of Prescott. The first game they played was to win 2nd place and move on to play against the 1st place team. Of course they won. I was a little late, but I did see Kenyon run from 1st base all the way to his amazing slide into home. Which of course caused this to happen:

He had originally tore his knee open during his first "championship" game last Wednesday with the Bradshaw Bandits. They beat the Willow Creek Wailers, and then lost their final game, but ended up in second place.

10 weeks of Softball have come to an end. I don't know what we are going to do on Monday and Wednesday nights now. Thank goodness So You Think You Can Dance is still on.

Have you seen this site before?

http://ldstravel.com/

We are dreaming of travelling again. DREAMING being the key word. Tonight Kenyon told me to look up a website from "The Beehive" the LDS Newspaper in AZ, but I didn't put in lds.travel, and I stumbled on this website.

Currently my sister in law does home exchanges, but it still makes me nervous.

What do you think?

River Trip

WEll Carolyn and I just recently returned from a swell trip to Green river. Its in Southeastern Utah. IT was super hot but the rushing river was cool and refreshing. Lots of fun water wars between rafts and pulling people off and floating through the rapids. All in all a grand ole time and we ate to our hearts content. Didn't even get too burned. Well thats the latest. Til next time.

The ole' switch-a-roo!

Kenyon is taking a bit of a break right now, and isn't working on Fridays. We had such high hopes and thought we were going to be able to go on short little trips and do some weekend camping.

Well, we thought wrong. Now that Kenyon isn't as busy, I am! It's great and I'm so happy and feel very blessed to be a real estate agent who is busy right now, but my poor husband. He is so bored. He's vacuumed the house, and folded and completed the laundry, done the dishes and the floors for the past few Fridays. He's a busy bee while I'm at work. I'm so grateful for all of his help because my days have been LONG and I feel like I cannot catch up....ever. But the great thing is that in the last week, I wrote two offers, I got a listing (thanks Dawn!), I have a contract in escrow, and put 200 miles on my car because of all the touring I'm doing.

I hope we have some time soon to go on a campout, or a drive to St. George, but for now I'm so happy I'm busy again.
